Ok here I am. New job, new worries: How will it be? Will my team accept me? Are they going to like my work? All of us know these concerns are normal when starting a new job. Luckily for me I can say that this questions and worries fade away right after I started my job as a Project Manager.
By having worked at Wagner International for a few weeks I can say with confidence that I’ve met a great team of friendly and hardworking professionals that are open to help and support you, even when you know you are asking stupid questions, you will always be surrounded by a strong team that will support you and guide you every day.
Working for one of the best language service companies in the market is a very intimidating thing to do and I was afraid it will be too complicated as there are so many languages you must deal with, so many peculiarities and details!
But is far away from being complicated, is actually very interesting and thought me the importance of delivering a high-quality job by keeping close attention to every small detail. Without a doubt I’ll say that working at Wagner International have taught me the value of time, knowledge, carefulness, team work, commitment and quality and hopefully I can continue improving my work every day and become a better Project Manager!
