PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Project management is not a daily routine, as every day has his single goals and obstacles. The project manager has to solve properly his obstacles to reach his goals, so let us see what the project management is and how PM can solve his issues correctly, to achieve his goals.
First of all project manager has to have a leadership skills, he has to be someone with a special personality: he has to be leader, have excellent communication skills to not stressing people which help to do a great job, be a planner, has vision, knows how to give advice, how to meet deadlines, knows how to monitor and control his team and his projects as well, as PM is always facing issues so he has to know how to fix it without wasting time.
Project manager always facing issues and obstacles, as he has to meet his deadline so he needs to control his time well, like for example when he receive any project he has to be very accurate, sometimes when he missed a part of the client request it waste a lot of time like in a translation request if he didn’t notice the language pair and he assign someone for a different language he may discover this before delivering but sure he will miss his deadline also money which is due the poor management.
Finally, a good project manager has to have a strong personality with wisdom. Project management, then, is the application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to project activities to meet the project requirements.
