At Wagner Consulting we are very pleased to have recently received the ISO 9001 certification due to the quality of our processes. An ISO 9001:2015 certification helps ensure that customers receive consistent, good quality products and services, which is actually our everyday priority.

Unlike our previous DIN EN 17100 certification, exclusively for our multilingual solutions, this brand new certification supports the high-quality of the work developed in all our departments: multimedia, marketing, IT and linguistic.

ISO 9001 is the international standard that specifies requirements for a Quality Management System (QMS). Organizations use the standard to demonstrate the ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements.

This standard is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement.

For us at Wagner this certification guarantees our clients the professionalism that governs us, the same they have known throughout this 17 years of successful trajectory in which we have fulfilled our mission of excellence in all projects delivered.

About ISO 9001:2015

Introduced in 1987, ISO 9001 has been revised four times to date, and the new version (2015) is the first major revision since 2000. Easier to use than its previous versions, it recognizes the importance of the organization’s business in terms of the type of products and services it provides, their criticality, and the external and internal factors that affect the way it works. The latest version obliges each organization to think about its own particular circumstances, rather than prescribing a “recipe” for how to design the quality management system.

ISO 9001:2015 specifies requirements for a quality management system when an organization aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

While it is hard to prove a direct correlation between ISO 9001’s quality system and business performance, a number of studies strongly suggest that the rigor of what is 9001 (and related quality management standards) does just that. So, it is very important for a customer to evaluate which agency will have her/his trust for a given task.
